Invitation to Tender for Provision of Services to Conduct Publicity and Media Campaign of the 10th Anniversary of the Urban Renewal Fund
The Urban Renewal Fund (URF) is currently inviting submission of tender for provision of services to conduct publicity and media campaign of the 10th Anniversary of the Urban Renewal Fund. (Theme of the 10th Anniversary: Connecting Communities for Sustainable Urban Renewal: Innovations and Inspirations)
Two briefing sessions will be organized on 16 December 2020 (Wednesday) with details as follows:
Briefing Session 1
Time: 2:45 p.m. – 3:45 p.m. (Registration starts at 2:30 p.m.)
Briefing Session 2
Time: 4:15 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. (Registration starts at 4:00 p.m.)
Venue : Rooms (B,E,F) H6 CONET, G/F, The Center, 99 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong
Owing to the infection control measures arising from COVID-19, interested companies who wish to attend the briefing session are only allowed to nominate ONE representative, on a first-come, first-served basis as places are limited. The briefing sessions will be conducted in Cantonese.
Interested companies should register by email to urfund@urfund.org.hk listing the preferable briefing session (session1/session2), name of company, name and post title of the nominated representative, email address, telephone number and facsimile number on or before 14 December 2020 (Monday) at 5:00 p.m. There is chance that you will be arranged to another briefing session or you will be declined to attend any briefing sessions if places are all filled.
Submission of Tender
All tenders shall be submitted not earlier than 6 January 2021 (Wednesday) and on or before 4:00p.m., 8 January 2021 (Friday) to the designated tender box labeled for the subject Tender in the Receipt and Dispatch area in Unit 1012, 10/F, Tower 2, Cheung Sha Wan Plaza, 833 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon.
